Conditions of use

Here are some tips to follow for the proper operation of your heating appliance!

1. Make sure your appliance is clean: To do this, clean the brazier, the grid and the glass of your installation to guarantee better combustion quality.

2. Filling your pellet stove: Carefully open your bag, handle the wood pellets as little as possible so as not to generate dust. Fill with or without the help of a container, pour the contents of the bag slowly into the tank, be careful not to pour the end of the bag to avoid fine particles clogging your installation.

3. Lighting the stove: Light your stove following the instructions of the manufacturer of the appliance, favoring a gradual temperature increase.
